RedTech is seeking a Platform Engineer to join a specialist team responsible for infrastructure, tooling and automation with Kubernetes at its core. The role offers exposure to container orchestration, CI/CD, IaC and observability in a cloud-native environment, with hybrid working in Cambridge (2 days in the office).
Graduate candidates with a strong academic background and at least AAB at A Level are encouraged, with experienced applicants expected to demonstrate production Kubernetes expertise
A fantastic opportunity for a graduate or experienced Platform Engineer to join a highly successful technology company working on complex, large-scale software systems. You will join a specialist platform team responsible for the infrastructure, tooling and automation that enables engineering teams to develop, deploy and operate software effectively. This is a hands‑on role with Kubernetes at its core, offering the opportunity to work across container orchestration, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability and cloud‑native technologies.
Location: Cambridge, 2 days per week in the office
Experienced candidates looking towards the upper end of the salary range should demonstrate the majority of the following. However, we are also very keen to hear from exceptional graduates with a demonstrable interest in pursuing a career in Platform Engineering. Those applying at graduate level should have a strong academic background, including a 2:1 or 1st class degree and at least AAB at A Level.
