Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks a Platform Engineer to design, build, automate, and manage scalable platform capabilities across Harness and Ansible. The role focuses on centralized enterprise services enabling teams to adopt standardized CI/CD practices at scale, spanning cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, DevOps, reliability, and developer experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced Harness administration experience
• Hands-on Harness CI/CD for enterprise scale
• Pipeline-as-Code and reusable templates
• Governance, standards, and best practices for centralized Harness environments
• Proficient Ansible Playbooks, Roles, and Collections
• Experience with Ansible Automation Platform and Ansible Core in large orgs
• RBAC, IAM, secrets management and secure automation
• REST API integrations to extend Harness/Ansible
• Integrations with Jira ServiceNow and monitoring tools
• Treat internal platforms as products with strong developer experience

Responsibilities

• Engineer centralized platform capabilities across Harness and Ansible.
• Design and operate scalable CI/CD and automation platforms.
• Create standardized, reusable patterns for pipelines and templates.
• Enable teams to use Harness/Ansible as shared enterprise services.
