Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive Harness platform transformations in London. You will design and run scalable CI/CD pipelines, enable security governance, and collaborate with DevOps, Platform, and AppDev teams across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will lead adoption of Harness modules, including AI-driven capabilities, and mentor teams while staying current with platform updates to strengthen delivery and engineering productivity.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience in DevOps/Platform engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on with Harness Software Delivery Platform (CI, CD, STO).
• Designing enterprise CI/CD pipelines for large organizations.
• Kubernetes and container orchestration expertise.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps, security integration, and OPA policy creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using the Harness platform, aligned with enterprise delivery, security, and compliance standards.
• Architect and maintain end-to-end delivery workflows across Harness modules (CI, CD, STO, CCM, AI-driven capabilities).
• Manage Harness Delegate installations, upgrades, and integrations across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable CI/CD patterns and reusable templates.
• Onboard applications to Harness, configure pipelines, troubleshoot, and modernize (containerization, IaC).
• Integrate security scanners through Harness STO and enforce governance using OPA policies.
• Leverage Harness AI Agents for automation, triaging, remediation, and policy-driven decisions.
• Develop AI-powered automation patterns for issue remediation and workflow optimization.
