As a Platform Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include supporting the deployment and scaling of our global cloud applications. Container orchestration, particularly with Kubernetes and other cloud native tools, will be a key part of your role. You will advise development teams on optimal use of public cloud resources and support the deployment of new applications into production.

This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the Cambridge office.
You should have strong skills in scripting or application development, with proficiency in Python. Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning tools like Terraform and CloudFormation, along with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies, is essential. A solid understanding of networking and security principles, along with problem-solving and pattern analysis skills, is crucial.
