Hiya is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to mature security across the engineering org. You will define a multi-quarter security roadmap and build platform-level tools that empower developers to ship securely at velocity.

This role partners with Core Tech and engineering leadership to shape the security roadmap and culture. You will mentor engineers, balance strategic direction with hands-on execution, and drive security practices end-to-end within Hiya’s cloud-native environment, including

• Experience delivering security at scale in cloud-native environments.
• Ability to translate security concepts into actionable decisions for engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across leadership, product and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a multi-quarter security roadmap for the entire engineering org.
• Develop and maintain platform-level security tools enabling self-service security for feature teams.
• Partner with Core Tech to integrate security primitives into CI/CD and cloud workflows.
• Conduct cross-team discovery to assess current security posture and identify high-risk debt.
• Mentor junior and peer engineers, promoting 'you build it, you run it' security practices.
• Stay ahead of evolving threat landscapes, including supply chain risks and AI infrastructure.
• Own and mature detection, SIEM, and incident-response tooling as part of the security platform.
