Job summary

QVC Group in London is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to produce engaging live and pre-recorded video content for social platforms. You will generate ideas from concept through filming, editing and publishing, and work closely with Broadcasting, Digital & Social Media teams.

This onsite role at Chiswick Park requires hands-on creators who understand Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, and who can help grow views, engagement and sales while reflecting QVC values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating and monetising social media content across multiple platforms.
• Experience producing content using iPhone technology.
• Strong commercial awareness to drive engagement and sales.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Understanding TV production and the QVC brand.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging live and pre-recorded video content across QVC platforms, helping to grow views, engagement and incremental sales
• Produce self-generated content from idea through to execution, including planning, scripting, filming, editing and publishing
• Support live shopping and social selling activity, including emerging platforms such as TikTok Shop
• Moderate and engage with online communities during selected live shows, ensuring conversations reflect QVC values and enhance the customer experience
• Work closely with internal teams including Broadcasting, Digital & Social Media, Platform Strategy, Merchandising and Planning to deliver content in line with briefs, timelines and business goals.

What You'll Bring

• Experience producing content using iPhone technology and a broad understanding of video production for social media and live content
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to create compelling content that supports engagement and sales performance
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• A good understanding of TV production, social trends, and the QVC brand, with the agility to work at pace and adapt to new production techniques and platforms.
