Isomorphic Labs in London seeks a Principal Software Engineer (Infrastructure) to lead our Platform group and shape the cloud infrastructure that powers our AI drug-discovery platform.

You will collaborate with engineers, scientists and ML researchers to build foundational infrastructure, tooling and a robust software lifecycle. The role reports to Engineering leadership and embraces a hybrid work model in London.

Formación

• Experience with Docker, Terraform and a major Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code.
• Extensive modern DevOps experience (CI/CD, release management).
• Familiarity with Helm/Kustomize/Kapitan or similar tools.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana/Prometheus/Splunk.
• Proficient Python programming.
• Ability to deliver solutions independently in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, operate, and refine cloud infrastructure (GCP, K8s, Docker, Terraform, Kapitan).
• Develop tools and processes to improve software development practices.
• Contribute to technical decisions on tooling, infra, and architecture.
• Partner with science, ML, product, and operations teams.
