This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business at the forefront of the renewable energy sector, working on major offshore wind projects and contributing to the UK's clean energy future.

The role will initially be working a day shift at £22.17 per hour plus a 12.5% commissioning allowance. Shift patterns are expected to be introduced within the next 4-6 weeks, moving to a rotating pattern of days and nights with enhanced earnings of £22.17 per hour plus 30% shift allowance.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive pension scheme and Medicash healthcare plan available.

As a Plater, you'll carry out a variety of fabrication, assembly and fitting activities on large steel components used in monopile construction. You'll be responsible for preparing, assembling and aligning materials to specification, ensuring all work meets strict quality, safety and production requirements.

You'll work from engineering drawings and fabrication procedures to accurately assemble and fit components, conduct dimensional and quality checks, and support the efficient production of offshore wind foundations. You'll also be expected to identify and report any quality, safety or production issues and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the facility.
