Job description

Job Title: Welder / Fabricator

Hours: 8:00 am till 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (with optional overtime paid at 1.3x and 1.5x rates)

Salary: £14.50 - £14.95 per hour

Location: Droitwich

Duration: Permanent position

Day-to-day Duties

• MIG welding on mild steel works
• Welding up to 30mm thickness
• Working from engineering drawings
• Measuring, cutting, drilling, and welding
• Using saws and table drills
• Plate welding

Requirements for the Position

• At least 3 years of proven experience in welding and fabrication
• Experience working from drawings
• Ability to set your own welding machine
• Experience with saws, drills, and folding machines
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Team player mentality
• Structural welding experience
