Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced Plater for a temporary ongoing role in Stafford on a night shift. You will work within a well-established engineering team, marking out, plating heavy steel components and interpreting drawings with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has proven plating experience in heavy fabrication, a keen eye for detail, and reliability. Night shift is 8:00pm–6:00am with a 4-on/3-off rotation and paid breaks.

• Proven experience as a Plater within a heavy engineering or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable and self-motivated approach

Plater (Night Shift) - Temporary Ongoing

Location: Stafford

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plater to join a well-established engineering firm based in Stafford on a temporary ongoing basis.

This role is ideally suited to candidates with a strong background in heavy steel fabrication, who can confidently interpret engineering drawings and work with minimal supervision.
