Job summary

Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd are recruiting for a Plater to support a cement plant site in British Steel, Scunthorpe. Responsibilities include cutting, marking and repairing steel plates, plus MMA welding on mild steel.

Candidate should hold a CCNSG card and have experience on large industrial sites such as power stations or steelworks. Basic 40hrs/week with overtime on 12-hour shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• CCNSG card required.
• Experience on industrial sites (power stations, refineries, steelworks) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove sections of plate using oxyacetylene burning equipment.
• Set out, mark and cut steel plate.
• Repair plate, pipe, channel and brackets.
• MMA welding on mild steel plate.

The Role

Integrate Engineering Resources are recruiting for additional Plater on behalf of our client for a cement plant site in British Steel, Scunthorpe. Duties will include:

• Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate
• Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate
• Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs
• MMA welding on mild steel plate
