Barkston Plastics Engineering Ltd seeks experienced and junior fabricators to join the team in Leeds. The role offers exposure to a range of manufacturing skills, from welding to line bending, within a supportive environment.

Candidates will learn to read engineering drawings and CAD models for diverse projects, and must follow BSI-quality control procedures while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Training provided, day shifts with stated holiday entitlement.

Formación

• Experience in fabrication or willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to follow instructions and work from job sheets.
• Willingness to use initiative and learn production processes.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and operate fabrication processes including plastic welding, line bending, bonding and finishing.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models for varied projects.
• Follow quality control procedures to meet BSI standards and maintain housekeeping/5S.
• Use power tools safely (routers, welding guns, angle grinders) and support maintenance needs.
