Timberwise is a family-run specialist construction business operating across Scotland, England and Wales. We are expanding our plastering team in Scotland, especially around Glasgow, with opportunities to travel within the region.

The role involves rendering and skimming post DPC treatments, dot and dab finishing, boarding and skimming, and multi-coat render systems. Training is provided to successful applicants, CSCS is required, and OTE £45k–£50k with a basic of £32k.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in plastering.
• CSCS card holder.
• Ability to plan and manage own workload.
• Full training will be provided.
• Desirable: experience with waterproofing/membrane systems.
• Desirable: some joinery experience.

The Role (OTE £45k - £50k) Basic £32k

Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our team of Plasterers throughout Scotland and specifically in the Glasgow area; there will be a need to travel throughout the region.

As a Plasterer your role will include:

• Rendering and skimming post DPC treatments
• Dot and Dab finishing
• Boarding and skimming
• Multi coat render systems
• Some joinery experience is desirable
• Some experience with waterproofing/membrane systemsis desirable

We are looking for someone in Scotland who has:

• Proven skills in Plastering
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage their own workload.
• A team player and Self starter
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic and take pride in your work
• Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided.
• CSCS card holder

Hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours and weekend work, for which overtime is paid.
