Job summary

Timberwise is seeking skilled plasterers to join our expanding South East team covering Surrey and surrounding areas. You will render, skim and finish to high standards, with some joinery and waterproofing experience desirable; full training will be provided.

Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday with overtime; we offer a competitive OTE £45k–£50k, basic £35k, a company van, pension, health plan and a supportive, family‑run culture focused on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven plastering skills with ability to render and skim.
• Proactive, self-motivated with workload planning.
• Team player with good communication.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Boarding and skimming.
• Multi coat render systems.
• Some joinery experience is desirable and waterproofing knowledge a bonus.

The Role (OTE £45k - £50k) Basic £35k

Due to our growing business, we are looking to increase our team of Plasterersthroughout the South Eastand specifically in the Surreyarea; there will be a need to travel throughout the region.

As a Plasterer your role will include:

• Rendering and skimming post DPC treatments
• Dot and Dab finishing
• Boarding and skimming
• Multi coat render systems
• Some joinery experience is desirable
• Some experience with waterproofing/membrane systemsis desirable

We are looking for someone in the South Eastwho has:

• Proven skills in Plastering
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to plan and manage their own workload.
• A team player andSelf starter
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiasticand take pride in your work
• Previous experience in the preservation industry is desirable but full training will be provided.
• CSCS card holder
