Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor is seeking a permanent full-time Practical Skills Supervisor – Plastering to join the Construction Department, based at CaMDA (Dolgellau). Salary £30,575 - £32,622 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience, with responsibilities across planning and delivering practical sessions, site visits and on-site assessments, and learner support.

You will work with a strong Construction team to deliver bilingual education from Level 1 to Level 3, across full-time, part-time

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction and plastering field.
• Ability to plan and deliver practical sessions in a workshop.
• Experience supporting learners across Level 1–3.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver practical plastering sessions in the workshop.
• Carry out site visits and assess work on-site when required.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure learner success.
• Support the lecturer and team to develop plastering courses.
