Job summary

NPTC Group of Colleges is seeking an Instructor: Plastering at Neath College to deliver education to future plasterers. This full-time role combines teaching with industry relevance and offers a supportive, college environment.

You must hold a Level 3 Advanced Craft Certificate in Plastering (NVQ or equivalent), Level 2 Maths and English, IT literate to Level 2, and a solid knowledge of Health and Safety.

An exciting opportunity to join our Construction and the Built Environment department has arisen where you will play a key role in the delivery of education to future plasters.This role can also provide you with worthwhile experience if you wish to pursue a career in teaching at a later stage..

37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).

Contract: Full time, permanent.

About you: You will need to hold a Level 3 qualification in Advanced Craft Certificate in Plastering (NVQ or equivalent) and have relevant industrial experience along with level 2 qualifications in Maths and English and be IT Literate to level 2. Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements are essential.
