Job summary

College in Newcastle is seeking a part-time plastering lecturer to cover L1 Plastering (C&G Diploma). Start date: 1st September with potential extension to 23rd October and beyond (LTA). 2 days per week: Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30–16:45.

Ideal candidates will have FE teaching experience and a solid plastering background, with ability to engage learners and deliver practical and theory components in a college setting.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching FE learners in construction or related trades.
• Ability to deliver L1 Plastering (C&G Diploma).
• Good classroom management and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver L1 Plastering lessons to Level 1 learners.
• Assess learners and provide feedback and certificates as required.
• Support college-wide teaching activities during cover period.

Ideally someone with a teaching background in FE
