Job summary
Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking an experienced Plasterer with tiling skills for responsive repairs and maintenance in residents' homes. You will deliver high-quality plastering and tiling, manage work autonomously, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety and compliance.
The role requires reading drawings, using hand tools and small powered equipment, and maintaining materials and RAMS. A driving licence and CSCS card are part of the essentials.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience as a Plasterer
- Demonstrable tiling experience within repairs, maintenance or construction environments
- CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card (desirable)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience using hand tools and small handheld plant such as drills and mixers
Responsibilities
- Produce quality plasterwork in residents' homes
- Carry out tiling and associated repair works as part of maintenance tasks
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Work independently and manage workload safely
- Ensure van stock is maintained and RAMS are in place before starting work
