Job summary

MMP Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Plasterer for a Social Housing contractor. You will carry out plastering repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties, delivering high workmanship and customer service.

Based in the Birmingham area, you will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, 42.5 hours per week. A company van and fuel card are provided to support field service work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Complete associated repair works as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service when working in residents' homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Work towards agreed deadlines and productivity targets.
• Accurately update job information using the PDA system.
