18 Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced plasterer for a permanent role delivering plastering works across social housing properties. You will work in repairs, maintenance, void refurbishments, and planned works with a reliable team. A company van and fuel card are provided.

Ideal candidates will have proven plastering skills, a DBS check, and a full UK driving licence. You will be able to manage workloads and communicate effectively with tenants while maintaining high workmanship

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plasterer in repairs and maintenance.
• Experience in social housing is highly desirable.
• Full clean UK driving licence and DBS check.

Responsabilités

• Carry out patch plastering and full-room re-skims within occupied and void properties.
• Repair damaged walls and ceilings following maintenance works.
• Apply bonding, hardwall, finishing plaster, and other plastering materials.
• Undertake rendering repairs to external walls where required.
• Deliver excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.
