Job summary

Together Housing Group is looking for a Plasterer to join our Responsive Repairs team across South Yorkshire (Wakefield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster). You will carry out plastering repairs in tenanted properties, aiming to complete work on the first visit while maintaining high standards and customer care.

The role requires a full manual UK driving licence, and a City and Guilds Advanced Craft in plastering or NVQ Level2 or higher (desirable).

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence is required.
• Commitment to high quality workmanship and reliable service.
• Literacy and numeracy to complete job tickets and time sheets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs to tenanted properties per tickets, slots and specs.
• Aim to complete repairs in one visit with right-first-time workmanship.
• Keep required records either on paper or electronically.
• Measure, quantify and procure materials as needed.
• Protect tenants’ belongings, maintain cleanliness and liaise with customers respectfully.
• Conduct risk assessments before starting work and ensure health and safety of all.
