Job summary

Together Housing Group is looking for a Plasterer to join the Responsive Repairs team across South Yorkshire, including Wakefield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield, and Doncaster. You will repair plastering in tenanted properties, aiming for first-time fixes and maintaining high standards.

Eligibility includes a UK driving licence and plastering qualifications. The role offers a 37-hour week, a salary starting at £33,758 with benefits, and a strong focus on customer care and safety.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence.
• City and Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate in plastering or NVQ Level2+ (Desirable).
• Experience as a plasterer with related building trades.
• Commitment to high quality, reliable service.
• Good literacy and numeracy for tickets and sheets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs to tenanted properties per tickets and drawings.
• Aim to complete a repair in one visit with quality workmanship.
• Keep records as required (paper or electronic).
• Measure, quantify and procure materials as needed.
• Protect tenants' furniture and provide strong customer care.
• Conduct risk assessments and uphold health and safety protocols.
