Job summary

Plus Dane is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our Cheshire team, delivering high-quality plastering across social housing properties. You will work independently and as part of a small, supportive team, focusing on customer service and professionalism.

You’ll carry out plastering to walls, ceilings, coving and damp-related works, support other trades, keep accurate records in our digital systems, and maintain van stock and tools in good condition.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in responsive repairs, void maintenance and planned building maintenance.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices and IT systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plastering to walls, ceilings, coving, and damp-related works using a variety of finishes.
• Supporting other trades, handling materials, and working on both occupied and empty properties.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely, and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records using our digital systems and keeping van stock and tools in top condition.
