Job summary

Allerton Damp Proofing is seeking skilled plasterers for consistent, long-term, self-employed roles across Yorkshire. You will perform high-quality plastering in domestic properties, including skimming, rendering, dry lining, and bonding, in occupied and vacant homes.

Expect steady work with fair pay, regular support, and opportunities to progress within a supportive team. We provide van, fuel, tools, PPE, and fortnightly pay, with monthly and annual bonuses to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plasterer in domestic settings.
• Ability to deliver a high-quality finish across listed tasks.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence with up to six points.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable and professional.

• Working in both occupied and vacant homes

We expect a tidy finish, respect for customers’ homes, and pride in your craft.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a plasterer in domestic settings
• Confident delivering a high-quality finish across the tasks listed above
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a wider team
• Able to think on your feet and solve problems on site
• Full UK driving licence with a maximum of six points
• Own basic hand tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and proud of your work
