We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing reactive repairs and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of various properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and perform necessary plastering repairs.
• Assess and address plastering-related issues in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties.
• Carry out maintenance tasks related to plastering, patching, and surface refinishing.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plasterer, with a focus on reactive repairs and maintenance.
• Proficient in a range of plastering techniques and repairs.
• Own van is required for transportation.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
