Job Summary:

T People are seeking a qualified and experienced Plasterer to carry out insurance repairs on domestic properties. They work will be within a 50-mile radius of Melton Mowbray.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Carry out necessary maintenance and repair work as required.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Customer Service:

• Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results, necessary repairs, and safety advice.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Keep up-to-date with current best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of all work.

Health and Safety:

• Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, clients, and colleagues.
• Identify and mitigate any potential hazards encountered during repairs.

Experience:

• Proven experience in carrying out Plastering work.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Plastering
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
