Mears Group PLC is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our Coatbridge team, delivering high-quality repairs across occupied homes in North Lanarkshire. You will work independently, manage your workload, and ensure work complies with safety and quality standards.
The role offers a permanent, full-time contract (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm) with a company van and fuel card. Strong customer service is essential to success in this position.

We are looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team in Coatbridge, supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services across occupied residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a customer focused environment, helping to maintain and improve homes across the region.
As part of a local team, you will undertake a variety of plastering repair and refurbishment works, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining quality and cost control standards. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance and refurbishment activities within occupied properties. You will work independently, managing your workload effectively while ensuring all work is completed in line with company procedures and health and safety standards.
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
