Job description

Our Client in the Northeast is looking to add a Plasterer to their team. You will be based in the Bishop Auckland area working as a Maintenance Plasterer.

The Working Hours will be:

• Monday – Friday
• 08:00-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:

• £20 per hour LTD – Van Provided

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties.
• Working with bathroom, kitchen, and other areas to deliver high-quality maintenance work.
• Delivering the highest quality patching and skimming work, rendering for internal and external walls, and multi-finish work.
• Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
• Ensure that repairs and maintenance works are undertaken considerately within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plastering.
• Experience within similar roles.
• Full UK Driving License.
