  • Promote continuous improvement, technical excellence, and adherence to Hitachi Energy's engineering, quality, and safety processes.
Your background:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven project management experience delivering HVDC, HV/MV substation, transmission, distribution, or other large‑scale power infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrable experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle from concept, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, energisation, and project close‑out.

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage competing priorities, programme constraints, and project risks while maintaining delivery commitments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across global engineering and project delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to make informed technical and commercial decisions within complex project environments.
