NEOS Engineering is recruiting for a Workshop Engineer to join a successful and expanding Plant Hire business at their Swindon depot. The role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing machinery from the workshop, with a focus on safety and high workmanship standards.

The package includes a basic salary of £40,000 - £43,000 with overtime and benefits. Suitable candidates come from Plant Hire, Construction Equipment, Agricultural Machinery, Access Equipment, Forklifts or similar heavy

Responsibilities

• Service and repair plant and construction machinery
• Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault finding
• Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Prepare equipment for hire
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to minimise downtime
• Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
