Huws Gray Plant & Tool Hire in Barnsley is seeking a Plant & Tool Hire Manager to lead the hire operation from the front, ensuring safe and efficient service for customers.

You will manage your team, drive KPIs, maintain fleet safety, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring safe transport and compliance. The role offers development opportunities within a growing branch and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

• Driving performance by strong management of your team to hit budget and improve KPIs

• Making sure all health, safety, and company standards are met across your operation
• Supporting the wider branch as part of the management team - taking part in stock takes, reports, audits, etc.
