Huws Gray Plant & Tool Hire in Exeter is seeking a proactive Hire Manager to lead a busy branch and drive a safe, profitable operation. You will manage a team, ensure excellent service to customers, and oversee transport and distribution of equipment to keep jobs moving.

The role emphasizes meeting health and safety standards, stock control, and close collaboration with the branch management team to deliver great outcomes for clients.

Our Plant & Tool Hire Managers lead from the front - running a safe, successful, and results-driven hire operation.

Based in one of our busy branches, you'll be part of a team that gets stuck into delivering brilliant service and makes sure every job gets over the line.

What You'll Be Doing
