Job summary

Huws Gray Plant & Tool Hire is seeking a Hire Manager in Whitburn to lead a team, drive performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will oversee transport and distribution of equipment, uphold safety standards, and support branch management with stock takes and audits.

The role requires prior industry experience and a commitment to developing skills through our training and development programmes. Flexible working options are available during the interview process.

• Supporting the wider branch as part of the management team - taking part in stock takes, reports, audits, etc.
• Ensuring the hire fleet is in excellent condition and is safe and ready for our customers.
