Job summary

Procter & Gamble's Reading Plant is seeking a Start-Up and Project Delivery Leader to drive readiness for new initiatives and technologies.

You will lead equipment start-ups, plan deployments, and develop the skills of on-site teams while collaborating with technical experts to ensure successful project launches.

This role offers formal training, day-to-day mentoring, and opportunities to work on high‑impact capital projects in a global consumer goods company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Degree in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering.
• Evidence of passion and leadership in academic or extracurricular activities.
• Strong English verbal and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, prioritising, analysing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies.
• Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects.
• Collaborating with technical experts and other functions to create the best solutions.
• Creating learning programs and coaching and training technicians.
• Creating and improving standards to achieve production targets.
