Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd in Essex is seeking an experienced Plant Service Engineer to service and inspect a range of heavy tracked plant machinery, ensuring safety and high workmanship standards. The role is based in Essex and surrounding areas, with a permanent position Monday to Friday.

You will carry out health checks, identify defects, prepare estimates for repairs, and complete service reports and timesheets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working on heavy plant or similar machinery.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working on, under and around heavy plant.
• Own safe and legal hand tools.
