Job summary

Ferrero is seeking an experienced Plant PMO, Performance & Continuous Improvement Manager to drive performance, transformation and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operation in the UK.

You will work with the Plant Manager and leadership team to translate strategy into a clear long-term roadmap, lead governance across the site, oversee major cross-functional projects, and advance our Smart Factory and digitalisation initiatives while keeping people at the heart of change.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Continuous Improvement in manufacturing environments.
• Strong track record delivering measurable performance improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong governance across the site with the Plant Manager.
• Develop and monitor the Plant Master Plan and long-term roadmap.
• Coordinate the Plant budget process and performance follow-up.
• Lead cross-functional, major projects and strengthen PMO capabilities.
• Champion Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Drive Smart Factory and digitalisation initiatives with data-driven outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and wider teams to align priorities.
