Job summary

Blended Products Ltd near Brigg is seeking an entry-level operations trainee for day shifts on our production site. We value a practical, hands-on approach, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to safety as you start a long-term career in our specialist gas and chemical blending environment.

You will receive thorough, structured training covering every aspect of the role—gas transfer, equipment handling, quality control, and plant maintenance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate compressed gas transfer plants.
• Forklift operation; FLT certificate helpful but training can be provided.
• Load and unload HGVs with a forklift.
• Basic plant maintenance, inspection, diagnosis and rectification.
• Accurate hourly and daily production records.
• Basic computer and numeracy skills used daily.
