Job summary

E3 Recruitment is supporting a market-leading manufacturer in seeking a Plant Operative for its Sheerness site. You will work on automated lines, ensuring products meet QA standards while following 5S housekeeping and safety practices. The role offers overtime with enhanced pay and a clear progression path within the company.

Shifts run Monday to Friday (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm) with a commuting path from Sittingbourne, Kent, or Maidstone. A full UK driving licence is required due to site location.

Qualifications

• Operate automated production line to manufacture products and meet QA expectations
• Monitor machinery and report issues
• Assist with 5S housekeeping and adjustments
• Quality testing of certain batches
• Experience with SCADA/PLC environments is beneficial
• Full UK driving licence due to site location

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality products using production machinery
• Physically move and pack products as required
• Maintain 5S standards and environmental housekeeping
• Operate a range of machines as part of a multi-skilled team
• Work on the site with UK driving licence as required
