E3 Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a market-leading manufacturing site in the Sittingbourne/South Kent area. The role offers training and career development within a fully automated site and working day shifts from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary around £55,000 per annum with KPI bonus and overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x. Commutable location from Sittingbourne, Kent. Excellent pension and employee benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
• High degree of health & safety awareness.
• Ability to fault find, repair and provide solutions to problems.

Responsibilities

• Providing plant-wide maintenance service, departmental support and repairs ensuring that production targets are maintained.
• Monitor & supply engineering support of machine set-up & changeovers to ensure product quality and efficient changeovers.
