Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a hands-on Plant Operative to join our Asphalt team at Groby. You’ll operate plant machinery, support start-up/shut-downs, and contribute to safe, efficient production of materials used for UK roads and infrastructure.
You’ll be part of a safety-first team focused on quality and continuous improvement, with opportunities to develop skills and gain additional plant qualifications across a leading international business.
