KAVAN Plant & Tool Hire Ltd is looking for a reliable and experienced Plant Mechanic to join our growing team. Based mainly in Coventry, the role includes site visits to support our hire fleet across the Midlands.

This position may suit a semi-retired mechanic looking to stay active with flexible work and less pressure. Your knowledge and experience are highly valued here.

• Service and repair plant machinery (excavators, dumpers, tools, etc.)
• Fault diagnosis and breakdown support on-site
• Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks
• Maintain clear service records
• Background in plant maintenance or mechanical repairs
• Confident with hydraulics, electrics, and diesel engines
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexible, independent, and trustworthy
• CSCS card is a bonus, not essential
