Job summary

Bimplus in Buxton is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our cement manufacturing operations. Based in Buxton, you will champion safety, develop a high-performing team and ensure production meets customer requirements.

You will drive efficiency, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance and site projects, partner with quality, logistics and commercial teams, and report performance to senior management. Strong knowledge of cement processes and industrial leadership are essential.
