An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Plant Manager to lead the Airedale by Modine Leeds Plant. Reporting responsibility for the overall performance of the site, this role is accountable for delivering against corporate goals and objectives, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining a safe working environment, and meeting customer requirements in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for developing and executing capacity, capital investment, and financial plans that support the plant's operational and strategic objectives. A key focus of the role will be fostering a culture of continuous improvement, driving operational excellence, and enhancing productivity across the site.
