Job summary

Airedale by Modine in Bradford is seeking a Labourer to keep the factory area clean and orderly. You will empty bins, clear scrap, weigh waste and assist with general duties as required.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated with good communication and flexibility to work overtime. A counterbalance forklift licence is a plus, and teamwork to cover workloads is important.

• Primarily cleaning all areas of the factory
• Emptying general waste bins in the factory
• Clearing the factory of scrap wood, weighing scrap, sweeping inside the factory
• Emptying recycling bins in the office and clearing cardboard boxes from the offices
• Bailing waste cardboard
• Other ad hoc duties as required (e.g. setting up furniture for presentations)

• Emptying recycling bins in the office and clearing cardboard boxes from the offices

Required Education & Qualifications

• Be capable of working unsupervised & able to use initiative
• Counterbalance Fork lift truck licence advantage.
• Be a team player and willing to cover workload of other labourers as and when required
• Have good communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime as and when required
