Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead the plant, fleet, accommodation camps, and site infrastructure for a major hydro-electric project in the Scottish Highlands. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery by aligning people, equipment, facilities, and logistics.
The role demands experience in plant ownership, fleet management, and complex operational coordination, with a strong focus on cost control and compliance across land, leases, and site operations.
Do you have proven experience managing plant, fleet, and site facilities on a large-scale construction or infrastructure project?
Can you demonstrate successfully negotiating and managing plant or property agreements to deliver cost and operational efficiencies?
Would you like to take full ownership of the operational backbone of a landmark renewable energy project and directly influence how it is delivered day-to-day?
Behind every major infrastructure project is a complex operational engine that keeps everything moving, this is your chance to lead it. As part of a major hydro-electric power scheme in the Scottish Highlands, our client is scaling up site operations to support a growing workforce, expanding facilities, and increasingly complex logistics. This has created a requirement for an experienced Plant Manager to take ownership of the project’s plant, fleet, accommodation, and site infrastructure strategy. This is far more than a traditional plant role, you will be central to ensuring that people, equipment, facilities, and logistics are seamlessly aligned to support safe and efficient project delivery.
This is a site-based role within a major hydro-electric project in the Scottish Highlands, operating across multiple operational areas including compounds, accommodation camps, offices, and logistics hubs. The role requires a highly organised, hands‑on approach, with strong stakeholder engagement across the project and supply chain.
Millbank Holdings Ltd is an equal opportunities employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified individuals, regardless of background, and encourage candidates from underrepresented groups to apply.
We are proud to be a member of the Disability Confident Scheme, and we are committed to ensuring an accessible and supportive recruitment process for everyone. If you require any adjustments at any stage, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
