Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Plant Manager for a North London service-focused garden centre. You will lead the plant and outdoor living department, ensuring exceptional plant quality, stock availability, and engaging displays.

You will recruit and develop a team, drive sales through range optimisation and promotions, and uphold health and safety standards, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for plants and horticulture; expert in greens and growing.
