We're continually investing in our people, processes, and plants to ensure we push the boundaries within our sector. As a result, we have a new opportunity for a Plant Manager to lead our team at our Dewsbury plant.
So what’s the role about?
You will lead all site production activities, compliance, and health and safety whilst developing a performance-driven culture with an emphasis on ownership, accountability, transparency, and development of the facility and its people. You’ll engage the ‘hearts and minds of the company’s employees to create and sustain a proactive culture in all disciplines across the site.
You’ll lead and manage site-based team members and need excellent communication and people management skills. Working closely with the National Operations Manager, you’ll implement a continuous improvement culture to ensure site KPIs are achieved!
