Job Summary

Are you an experienced Plant Manager seeking an exciting new opportunity? If so, we have the perfect role for you! We’re looking for a Plant Manager to join our team at the Linford Block Plant. At this site, we manufacture sustainable, durable, and energy-efficient aerated blocks used in residential and commercial spaces. Chances are, our products are part of the buildings you encounter every day! Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you’ll lead operations at the Linford Block Plant, delivering exceptional customer service, driving safety and quality standards, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. Your goal? To develop a market-leading product at optimal cost while fostering an empowered, high-performing workforce.

Experience

We’re seeking candidates with proven experience managing a large production facility. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate: leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams; a strong background in large-scale 24/7 manufacturing processes; experience managing budgets and driving financial performance; knowledge of safety, transport, and legal compliance in an operational setting; engineering and/or project management experience (preferred but not essential); and a positive, proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.
