Job summary

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification and plant maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with practical solutions.
• Familiarity with maintenance documentation and spare parts inventory management.
• Comfort with maintenance planning, production support and safety sign-offs at start of shift.
• Desirable injection moulding experience and willingness to develop in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain equipment and facilities to support reliable production.
• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and implement effective corrections.
• Test equipment after repairs or downtime to ensure safe, dependable performance.
• Record operational data for preventive maintenance and accurate setup information.
• Review production schedules and carry out planned maintenance when not scheduled for production.
• Support continuous improvement by proposing productivity, process and quality enhancements.
