Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Plant Hire & Workshop experience is essential.
• Knowledge of the utilities industry is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to make decisions and think on your feet.
• Effective time manager with focus on drive of completion.
• Raising of purchase orders.
• Keen eye for detail and system accuracy to ensure all items are compliant from our suppliers.
• Strong Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the Plant Compliance Department.
• Complete all administration tasks as required.
• Keep asset management system up to date with compliance information/documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure plant is serviced and maintained.
• Action breakdowns within SLA timeframes to minimise downtime.
• Raise supplier purchase orders for works and process orders for damages.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
